Apple sold 8.729 million iPods last quarter - Mp4 Converter

Apple on last Wednesday announced that it sold 8.729 million iPods last quarter, a 35% jump over the number sold at the same time last year. That was well above the 8.2 to 8.5 million iPods expected by Wall Street analysts. Apple also sold more than 39 million iPods for its fiscal year ending Sept. 30, 2006.
